 Australia and the Australian Communications and Media Authority.

 ROCCY FM complies with Australian Communications and Media Authority Broadcasting Service Act
 (Material of Local Significance - Notice).

 ROCCY FM provides at least three hours of Local Content, Monday to Friday.

 ROCCY FM Breakfast (Locally produced and hosted) 6am-10am.
 ROCCY FM Workday (Locally produced and hosted) 10am-2pm.

 Presenter Agreements

 To ensure ROCCY FM complies with the Broadcasting Standards Act 2000 we are obliged to disclose
 any commercial agreements ROCCY FM Presenters may have.

 Staff employed by ROCCY FM (Super Young 93.9 FM Pty Ltd) have NO commercial
 agreements in place.

 Some programs on Hill FM are relayed from the Supernetwork group of stations, these can 
 include NEW FM. A register of any agreements these presenters may have can be viewed by visiting 
 the NEW FM website.
