The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all 2LF/ROCCY FM
contests.
2LF/ROCCY FM reserves the right to amend these General Terms and
Conditions at anytime without notice.
A person who wins a prize from any 2LF/ROCCY FM competition or giveaway
is ineligible to enter another 2LF/ROCCY FM competition for a period of
28 days from the date of winning that prize.
You may only enter any particular 2LF/ROCCY FM competition once, unless
stated otherwise by 2LF/ROCCY FM.
You cannot enter any competition on behalf or in the name another person.
The decision of 2LF/ROCCY FM Management is final in all competitions.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Prizes (or prize vouchers) must be collected by the winner in person at the
2LF/ROCCY FM office, 24 Lovell Street, Young. Identification must be
produced to claim a prize (examples include: drivers licence/passport/student
card which includes a photograph).
Prizes not collected within 3 months of being awarded will be forfeited and
become the property of 2LF/ROCCY FM. 2LF/ROCCY FM will not notify
winners of remaining time, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to
collect their prize.
Any individual competition may have additional rules to these general conditions
of entry. These will be announced on-air at the start & at times during the
competition.
Employees of 2LF/ROCCY FM and their immediate families are ineligible to
enter any competition. Staff of a sponsor of any particular competition and
their immediate families are ineligible to enter that competition.
2LF/ROCCY FM will not be liable for any costs, damages or losses incurred
by a person in entering, winning or claiming a prize from, any
2LF/ROCCY FM competition.
Persons under the age of 18 years of age may be prohibited by law from winning
certain prizes. In this case any person under the age of 18 attempting to enter
a competition with such a prize will be disqualified.
If the winner of a competition is found to have breached any of the conditions
of entry the prize will not be awarded to them. This applies regardless of
whether or not they have been announced as the winner. In this case 2LF/ROCCY
FM may choose to judge or draw the competition again from remaining entries or
recommence the competition.
All competition entries and any material submitted in connection with any
contest written, audio, electronic or visual) become the property of
2LF/ROCCY FM. Entry into any contest deems consent to use prize winners
names and photographs and audio for any promotional purposes.
2LF/ROCCY FM Competitions are authorised under LTPM/10/00104 unless
otherwise indicated.
