Neil Langford hung around the 2LF Studios as a 17 year old in 1966 but was kept out of the jocks chair by the likes of Ken Sutcliffe, David White and Ray Warren. Neil moved on to forge a career as an Interior Decorator operating his own business in Canberra for over 20 years before returning home to Young to work as an Account Executive at 2LF from 1996 to 2002. During this time Neil was active in the Local Community and was awarded The Individual Community Service Award by The Young Shire Council in the 2000 Australia Day Awards. Neil has a passion for radio and entertaining and has settled into the chair of the 2LF studio after waiting for over 40 years.
